How long does it take to get a response after I inquire?

Depending on the nature of your contract, we generally reply to normal inquiries within a few business days. For critical failures, such as chatbots not displaying, we aim for a primary response within one hour, and we promise to respond promptly according to the severity of the problem.

Is there a manual if I have trouble figuring out how to operate the administration screen?

There is no administration panel, and we do not support the use of Google Spreadsheets.
The client will be using Google Spreadsheets only, so if you can operate Google Spreadsheets easily, you can operate the system.

Who can I contact and what are the hours of operation in case of problems, such as the chatbot getting stuck?

When you sign up, we will provide you with a dedicated email address for our support staff. If you have other tools such as chat tools, please contact us. Our business hours are weekdays from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, except in the case of a major outage that may cause a complete service interruption.
