The minimum contract period is set at 6 months. After that, the contract will be renewed in one-month increments. Please note that if a lump-sum payment is made using a subsidy, etc., the term of the contract will be the contract term.

Are you dependent on a particular AI model (e.g. GPT)? Can you switch to a better AI in the future if one becomes available?

Our chatbots do not rely on any specific AI model. We are currently using ChatGPT as our primary AI model, but Didify is multi-model compatible, allowing us the flexibility to switch to a better AI model in the future as it becomes available.

This allows us to utilize the most appropriate model as technology evolves, ensuring long-term peace of mind.

There is a risk of data loss if another company's SaaS service is terminated. What about your company?

Our chatbot offering is based on a platform called Didify.
If Didify itself terminates its service, it may be difficult to continue using this service.

However, since Didify is an open infrastructure widely used in the field of AI development and occupies an important position in the industry, the risk of service termination is considered very low.
Self-hosted (on-premise deployment) is also available as needed to ensure business continuity.
