We may access the site to the minimum extent necessary only when a customer requests maintenance or trouble shooting and gives us explicit permission to do so. In such cases, we will keep all records (logs) of who accessed the site, when, and for what purpose to ensure transparency.

Who in the company can view the conversation logs? Is it possible to set permissions based on job title, etc.?

All conversation logs are stored in a Google spreadsheet and are only viewable by authorized persons.
